AK-GS-YT3系列排屑机一体式鼓式过滤系统是一种集链板或刮板排屑机与鼓式过滤系统于一体的复合排屑过滤装置，适用于有色金属和黑色金属的团屑、碎屑分离及冷却液过滤。该设备运行平稳、工作可靠，能有效彻底排屑，并在湿式加工过程中解决了普通链板排屑机因碎屑粘附链板而带回壳体内部的问题。该系列设备由刮板/磁刮板排屑机、鼓式过滤器、油水分离机、液位检测装置、电气控制系统、水箱及精过滤器等模块组成。其工作原理是利用过滤纸对冷却液中的细微切屑及杂质进行分离，从而确保冷却液的清洁度。
AK-GS-YT3 Chip Removal And Drum Filter System is a composite chip removal and filtration device that integrates a chain plate or scraper chip conveyor and a drum filter system. it is suitable for the separation of chips and debris of non-ferrous and ferrous metals and coolant filtration. the equipment runs smoothly and reliably, can effectively and thoroughly remove chips, and solves the problem of ordinary chain plate chip conveyors being brought back to the inside of the shell due to debris adhering to the chain plate during wet processing.this series of equipment consists of modules such as scraper/magnetic scraper chip conveyor, drum filter, oil-water separator, liquid level detection device, electrical control system, water tank and fine filter. its working principle is to use filter paper to separate fine chips and impurities in the coolant, thereby ensuring the cleanliness of the coolant.
