AK-LB-YT0系列 排屑机一体式反冲滚筒过滤系统专用于长卷屑的输送和过滤。该装置由链板排屑机、滚筒过滤器、油水分离机、液位控制系统、电控系统、水箱及精过滤器等多个模块组成。其主要特点包括滚筒自动清洗、连续过滤、高精度过滤、免维护、无耗材，可充分满足加工中心在冲屑、主轴内冷及刀具冷却方面的过滤需求。由于专用机床和加工中心对排屑量、切削液（油）过滤精度以及冷却泵的流量和压力均有严格要求，用户在订购时需提供相应的技术参数，以便优化设计。该设备适用于对切削液过滤精度要求较高的各类专用机床和加工中心。
AK-LB-YT0 Chip Removal And Recoil Drum Filter System is specially used for conveying and filtering long roll chips. The device consists of multiple modules such as chain plate chip conveyor, drum filter, oil-water separator, liquid level control system, electronic control system, water tank and fine filter. Its main features include automatic drum cleaning, continuous filtration, high-precision filtration, maintenance-free, no consumables, and can fully meet the filtering needs of machining centers in chip flushing, spindle internal cooling and tool cooling. Since special machine tools and machining centers have strict requirements on chip removal volume, cutting fluid (oil) filtration accuracy, and flow and pressure of cooling pumps, users need to provide corresponding technical parameters when ordering in order to optimize the design. This equipment is suitable for various special machine tools and machining centers that have high requirements for cutting fluid filtration accuracy.
