AK-GS-YT1系列排屑机一体式双切换挂袋过滤系统是一款集链板或刮板排屑机与双切换挂袋过滤系统于一体的复合排屑过滤装置。其双切换挂式布袋过滤系统含两个过滤单元，每个单元配有三个布袋，两个单元交替使用，可自动切换，实现连续工作不停机。优化设计延长了布袋的使用和更换周期，模块化设计支持针对不同机床类型和工况进行定制选型。该系列设备由刮板/磁刮板排屑机、挂袋过滤器、油水分离机、油冷机、液位检测装置、电气控制系统、水箱及精过滤器等模块组成。其工作原理是利用过滤纸分离冷却液中的细微切屑及杂质，以确保冷却液的清洁度。
AK-GS-YT1 Chip Removal And Double Switch Bag Filter System is a composite chip filter device that integrates a chain plate or scraper chip conveyor with a double-switch bag filter system. its double-switch bag filter system contains two filter units, each equipped with three bags. the two units are used alternately and can be switched automatically to achieve continuous operation without stopping. the optimized design extends the use and replacement cycle of the bags, and the modular design supports customized selection for different machine tool types and working conditions.
This series of equipment consists of modules such as scraper/magnetic scraper chip conveyor, bag filter, oil-water separator, oil cooler, liquid level detection device, electrical control system, water tank and fine filter. its working principle is to use filter paper to separate fine chips and impurities in the coolant to ensure the cleanliness of the coolant.
