AK-LX系列螺旋排屑机适用于有限空间的应用工况，螺旋输送机安装使用方便，故障率低。针对粉状、颗粒状或长度小于100mm的切屑有着良好的输送效果。这种排屑机通常是清楚加工区域中切屑的第一步，通常与其它排屑机配合适用，可以解决智能沿水平轴向排屑的问题，以达到排屑方向和高度的变化。主要应用于卧式加工中心、五轴加工中心、数控磨床或空间狭小的应用场景中。
AK-LX Auger Chip Conveyor is suitable for applications with limited space. the screw conveyor is easy to install and use, and has a low failure rate. it has a good conveying effect for powdery, granular or chips less than 100mm in length. this chip conveyor is usually the first step to clear the chips in the processing area. it is usually used in conjunction with other chip conveyors to solve the problem of intelligent chip removal along the horizontal axis to achieve changes in chip removal direction and height.it is mainly used in horizontal machining centers, five-axis machining centers, cnc grinders or applications with limited space.
